Our story
Accounting can unlock rewarding, flexible, and in-demand jobs across every industry. NPAG created the Pipeline Pledge to help the profession tell this story more effectively and implement key business changes. By signing the pledge, you’re making an individual commitment to participate in at least two activities that will positively impact the talent pool. By working together, the profession can reshape perceptions, implement meaningful change, and inspire the next generation of accountants.
